CEHV Director Don Hubin Interviewed Concerning Prisoner Organ Donation Case

On November 13, less than a day before the scheduled execution of convicted child killer Ronald Phillips, Governor John Kasich stayed the execution to study the feasibility of allowing Phillips to donate organs to family members and others. Organ donation by prisoners raises a number of complex ethical issues and the Governor's decision has proven to be controversial.

ABC Channel 4's Liz Adeola interviewed CEHV Director Don Hubin concerning some of the ethics issues involved in this case.
