Continuing a series of cohosted events on racial justice, the Mandel Humanities Center at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) has organized a virtual panel discussion titled “The Color of Education: Students of Color Advocate for their Needs”.

During this event, students of color from four Ohio universities, including Ohio State, will describe their experiences navigating higher education amidst a pandemic and share insights on how educators and institutions can support and empower students. Additionally, two higher-ed leaders, Dr. Stephen John Quaye (Higher Education and Student Affairs, Ohio State) and Dr. Denise McCory (President, Metropolitan Campus, Tri-C) will respond to these experiences and share best practices.

CEHV is a cosponsor of the event.
