The Gavel Gap
State courts are not representative of the people they serve. This disparity between the state judiciary and the population is called "The Gavel Gap." American Constitution Society will be holding a panel discussion on ACS National's report, The Gavel Gap. Panelists include Former Ohio Supreme Court Justice Yvette McGee Brown, 10th District Court of Appeals Judge Jennifer Brunner, and former Supreme Court clerk Benjamin M. Flowers.
