Join us for a live event where pairs of students explore big, controversial questions—facilitated by the Center for Ethics and Human Values
Have you ever wanted to ask one of those really big, tough, challenging questions and have a discussion with your peers about it—without it turning into a disaster? Or are you curious about how to navigate these conversations and would like to see one play out productively? Listen. Learn. Discuss. and the Center for Ethics and Human Values (CEHV) are hosting Real Dialogues: live events offering pairs of undergraduate students opportunities to explore challenging questions. These dialogues will be facilitated by CEHV’s Dr. Aaron Yarmel, who will guide the conversation in productive and respectful ways.
Whether joining in the conversations or just observing, undergraduate students will leave better understanding the 4Cs of civil discourse, how to build trust with one another and how to more successfully navigate complex conversations—especially—when we disagree.
