Panelists:

Billy Corriher, Deputy Director of Legal Process at Center for American Politics
  • Mr. Corriher will discuss his work on a mini-documentary about fracking in Ohio resulting in waste in the local water supply and the local government's inability to restrict these activities despite Ohio being a home rule state.

The event will be split into two parts: a panel discussion in Saxbe Auditorium at the Moritz College of Law building from 12:10-1:15; and a breakout discussion within the building from 1:30-3:00.  Following the panel, there will be a breakout discussion for individuals who wish to engage in moderated small-group conversations with the option to participate in future events or initiatives.
