On May 20, CEHV's CARE program held its first coronavirus-related webinar, "The Ethics and Regulation of Clinical Trials for COVID-19 Treatments," featuring guest speaker Alex John London (Carnegie Mellon University), who presented a case against relaxing standards for biomedical research during a pandemic. 

London was joined in conversation by Ohio State's Patricia J. Zettler (Moritz College of Law) and Dónal O’Mathúna (College of Nursing), and the panel addressed questions from the 170 live attendees.
