Event Description
This COMPAS Panel, Food as Regulation, explores the many tensions and conversations in how we regulate food at this moment. In examining what foods get flagged as dangerous and risky, and what foods are promoted as safe and important, we will uncover the many complex social dimensions that create overlapping interests in such things as processed foods and food dyes.
This event is part of the Center for Ethics and Human Values' 2025-26 COMPAS Program on the theme of Food.
