The Center for Ethics and Human Values presents LA 92 A Screening and Panel Discussion "Twenty-five years after the verdict in the Rodney King trial sparked several days of protests, violence and looting in Los Angeles, filmmakers examine that tumultuous period through rarely seen archival footage."Following the screening of the documentary, we will break for refreshments, and return for a panel discussion featuring:Simone Drake (African American and African Studies, Ohio State)Navid Farnia (African American and African Studies, Ohio State)Alyss Dixson (Visiting Scholar-Artist in Residence, Ohio State)Co-sponsored by the Department of African American and African Studies and Minorities and Philosophy.
