Dennis Hirsch is Professor of Law and Director of the Program on Data and Governance at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.  He also holds the title of Professor of Law at Capital University Law School.

Professor Hirsch’s research interests lie at the intersection of governance theory and information privacy law and he has written extensively in this area.  He also writes about European data protection law, comparative information privacy law, and the instructive similarities between environmental law and privacy regulation.
