ASC Executive Dean Ritter Praises CEHV and COMPAS

Dean Gretchen Ritter

During her "Welcome Address" on October 1, 2019, Executive Dean of Arts and Sciences Gretchen Ritter emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary research and the public aims of the Morrill Act that established land grant universities like Ohio State. She then praised the Center for Ethics and Human Values -- and its COMPAS program in particular -- for its work promoting engaged citizenship and informed discourse on difficult moral issues.

CEHV is grateful for the support of the College of Arts and Sciences.
