The College of Arts and Sciences' "Around the Oval" newsletter featured CEHV Director Piers Turner and former CEHV graduate assistant Lavender McKittrick-Sweitzer in an article about the Department of Philosophy's decision to rename their seminar room after two pioneering Black PhD graduates of the program, Marquis Lafayette Harris and Charles Leander Hill.
