CEHV's Aaron Yarmel Presents Free Workshop on Restoring Care Around Controversial Topics

On July 16, 2024, from 7:00-8:00 PM, CEHV Associate Director, Dr. Aaron Yarmel, will co-facilitate a workshop with Ariel Sykes. This workshop will introduce participants to techniques for showing care for all participants in dialogues about controversial topics.

Dialogue is increasingly recognized as a crucial component of education. Bringing dialogue into the classroom is easier said than done--especially when the conversation address controversial topics. In this interactive presentation, CEHV Associate Director Aaron Yarmel and Ariel Sykes will offer practical tips for showing care for all participants in a dialogue about controversial topics.
