Former CEHV GRA Ali Kaveh Aenehzodaee accepts tenure-track offer

Ali Kaveh Aenehzodaee

CEHV would like to congratulate one of our former graduate student associates, Ali Kaveh Aenehzodaee, for his success on the job market! He will be taking up a tenure-track position at Harper College in Illinois.

Ali, a PhD student in the Department of Philosophy, served as our CARE program GRA during the 2022-2023 academic year, working closely with Professor Dana Howard to organize a series of panels on cutting-edge issues in research ethics, and well as CEHV's training program in the responsible conduct of research. CEHV also partnered with Ali on a conference he organized as a leader of Ohio State's Minorities and Philosophy chapter, called "Injustice and Its Emotions," last spring. He has also collaborated with CEHV faculty on a number of other activities.

It has been a great pleasure  working with Ali -- CEHV wishes him all the best for his future!

Ali joins other CEHV graduate students in recent years who have gone on to permanent positions in academia, including Christa Johnson (Dayton), Aly McCarthy (Vanderbilt), and Lavender McKittrick-Sweitzer (Butler). We are proud knowing that they all carry forward the spirit of engaged public philosophy fostered by CEHV.
