Corey is the post-doctoral researcher in the ethics of sustainable development at the Center for Ethics and Human Values and the Philosophy Department at the Ohio State University.
His work lies at the intersection of global, long-term environmental problems like climate change, and ethical and political philosophy. He has published in Ethics, Policy & Environment and Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, and co-wrote the entry on “climate change justice” for the Routledge Encyclopedia of Philosophy.
His current research project explores the relationship between ideal theories of justice and political reality. He also works on questions regarding the moral rights of future generations, the “domination” of future generations, and individual responsibility for climate change.
