Avery White is writer who is previously served as CEHV Center Associate and program manager for the COMPAS program. He received a PhD in Political Science from Ohio State in 2019, with a dissertation entitled “An Open Society: Robert Nozick’s Utopian Project.” Avery also received a JD from Yale Law School in 2013. His research interests include libertarianism, utopian projects, the political implications of virtuality, the nature of guilt and responsibility, and the practical role of philosophy in daily life.
